Once upon a time, I completed the last page of a journal…

I held the book in my hand for a few silent moments and thought about how every letter, journal entry, song, play, film, novel, poem or story started with ink.

And then I noticed something curious: the journal felt heavier.

It had weight to it.

Literally. Ink has weight.

Once upon a time…

The Weight of Ink will launch a limited edition clothing brand designed for and by creatives and dreamers. Inspired by the unlikely relationship between literature and streetwear fashion, the line will offer responsibly sourced, American-made hoodies, t-shirts, hats and flannels.  There will be one of one garments as well as unique designs incorporating graphics, quotes and statements celebrating the weight of ink, literature, poetry, music and art.
